Thank you for choosing aquasco. We are committed to providing high-quality consulting and e-commerce services. However, due to the nature of digital services and time-based consulting, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.

1. Coaching Sessions

We value both your time and ours. Our policy regarding booked sessions is as follows:

• Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a session for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• No-Shows: If you fail to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

2. Audits & Management

For services such as Store Audits or Ad Management setup:

• Before Work Begins: A full refund is available if you request it before we have started the audit or setup process.
• After Work Begins: Once the service has commenced (e.g., the audit report has been started or ad campaigns have been drafted), no refunds will be issued.
• Completed Services: Services that have been delivered (e.g., an Audit Report sent to your email) are strictly non-refundable as the intellectual property and labor have already been transferred.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee specific financial results (as e-commerce success depends on many market factors), we guarantee the quality of our advice. If you feel a consultation session did not provide the engineering-based strategy promised, please contact us immediately after the session to discuss a resolution or potential credit toward future services.

4. How to Request a Refund
